Hello Diogo,
if packetfence is not able to recognise the mac of your device based on
the ip address, then it mean that the pfdhcplistener is not running or
the pfqueue is not running (or maybe to much stuff in the queue).
So let's try first to restart pfdhcplistener and pfqueue.

Searching in this forum, I saw that it could be the start/update of
fingerbank-db in the page of compliance, but it seems that here is
updating normally. But It happens only when I disable SSL checkbox.
