To find which files use space on your disk you can use the ncdu tool.

Otherwise, there was a bug in FreeRADIUS logrotate conf file included with PF (/etc/logrotate.d/radiusd) if you're running on CentOS 7, see https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/issues/3979
