Thanks for your answer Fabrice, this is what i tried but it does not solve my problem, because even if the other connection-profile triggers, it still uses the same authentication source -> so it actually computes the same role as the main profile.
can i somehow automatically compute a role if a connection-profile is used (through advanced filters or something) ? regards ________________________________ Von: Durand fabrice via PacketFence-users <[email protected]> Gesendet: Mittwoch, 20. In my network the devices (not the users) are authenticated and assigned a role against ldap. This works all fine but i have a slight issue if i want to have a certain vlan on certain ports no matter what device is plugged in there. Does anyone know how to achieve this because they are authenticated against the same ldap, so the rules are always the same, even if i create a new connection-profile. best regards Silvester _______________________________________________ PacketFence-users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/packetfence-users
