Thanks for the prompt response. 
I applied the VLAN filter through the graphical interface. But as you 
mentioned, it seems that the filter is not working. 
I will monitor through pfcmd to see if I can find anything new. 

In my configuration I do not use VLAN. I have only one interface for mgmt, 
portal and radius. Can this affect how VLAN Filter works?
