Hi Everyone, I fixed our fingerbank email problem. I changed the following configuration parameters. Not sure which one did the trick.
Compliance - General settings – Inactive endpoints expiration – 1680 Compliance - General settings – Query Cache time in the collector - 14400 Compliance - General settings – Database persistence interval – 600 Compliance - General settings – Cluster resync interval - 1200 FYI, we have around 6000 registered devices with around 2000 of them active.
