Yes, the address on eth0 disappears. The address of the server changed
when the it was migrated to the data center. I wasn't involve in the
migration, so I'm not sure what all was changed. I notice that the
hostname and domain in System Configuration -> Main Configuration ->
General Configuration still resolves to the old ip address. Could this
be causing the issue?

There is the backup files in /root/backup , but if you save the
/usr/local/pf/conf directory and the db it should be enough.
