Ultimately, I personally believe the distinguishing factor
should probably be user-friendliness:
* how easy is it to register an account
already done :)
* how easy and clear is the user interface to perform common
actions
very clear.
IMHO, JIRA is better on those points, but maybe that's just me
:)
