The librtmp subdir needs also the CRYPTO= setting, I already submitted
yet another rtmpdump to fix this. Now just 11.4 and SLE11 fails to
build. I think this can be fixed by using openssl instead of gnutls.

Build for 11.4 fails with message "Illegal char '~' in: Version", so
version tag should be changed.
Why not taking "tarver" as version tag?
