Yes, I can confirm this. It is not limited to Extra, but also Games and several home:* projects are affected. The behavior is most probably caused by expired project keys. Usually they are extended automatically, but at the moment these keys are not extended, probably due to the used hash. There is a proposed solution in github for obs-signd, but ATM I lack the time to compile and test. I will try to find time early next week to test. I will follow up.
