Definitively not from the
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OBS:/Server:/2.10 branch.
for "my" private instance, I always just build the latest version from
openSUSE:Tools/build and install that on the obs server, you probably
also could just add openSUSE:Tools and use "build" and obs-service-*
packages from there.
I just created a bugreport
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1190879, maybe this will
get us a regular update.
If this does not work, I need to get in SUSE Support and report this
against SLES15 ;-)
