if you really would like to continue the Packman source/service, I would
definitely confirm that I'll continue with my packaging expertise, but
the whole hosting/service thing would be out of my scope. FWIW, I'm
maintaining amongst others the following packages:

  - Essentials/broadcom-wl
  - Multimedia/MakeMKV (mostly as a contributor)
  - Multimedia/handbrake (mostly as a contributor)
  - Multimedia/kodi
  - Multimedia/kodi.binary-addons

I'd have a hard time without Packman/PMBS, so I would really appreciate
if you would pick up maintaining it! We (every Packman contributor who
wants to see it continued) would have to go over all the packages to
find out what's still current and needed, and what is dead crap (to me,
it seems there's a lot of the latter...).

Other than that, I really ought to thank Stefan and Marc a lot for
providing this incredibly useful service during the last 25 years! While
I'm out of business, too, I still want to see a similar service Packman
has been provided during the last 25 years, and I really don't want to
flood my systems with a lot of flatpaks crap as Bernhard wrote ;-)

If we won't find a working successor, I'm afraid I'll join the other
Manfred (hi, Manfred Tremmel!) and leave the rpm based infrastructure
:-(

Cheers.
