I posted a message, earlier, today, regarding my installation first of
the Strawberry 5.10.x Windows version, then of the Padre via Cpan.
That path did not work, as the resulting Padre would not draw itself
correctly.

I then uninstalled that attempt. I finally installed the Padre with
0.63 package, and it works fine. And, I was able to 'upgrade' via
CPAN most everything that had a parsable version number. (Still have
to figure out what to do with the 300+ packages with no version
numbers...)

I now have installed Moose. So, all is well. Great. Thank you to
whomever was involved in ironing out the Padre installation package
for Windows. I could have slept, last night, if I had just trusted
you, first. :)
