Seriously? Do you get a kernel OOPS? In this case - it's a bug in the kernel 
and you should report it to your distributor, because it may be caused by 
other programs and may have much more serious implications. Whatever the 
userland applications do, the kernel should remain stable - otherwise it's a 
bug in the kernel.
