There are three main online services that I'm aware of with working or
partly working code, none of which are currently available via a
proper "Madre" server.

1. Configuration Sync
2. Popularity Contest
3. Swarm / Collaboration

For all three of these it would be valuable to have a known-good
default servers that works "out the box"
