The failure is probably because the recursive install of Debug::Client
failed, we need to see why that failed, not just the Padre stuff at
the end.

As for Padre being broken now, that might be a bug where for some
reason the test suite isn't correctly using the distro/.padre as the
config directory and has touched your real one by mistake.

This would roll your config database version forwards, which is going
to freak out 0.92.

Try running the following to reset your config directory.

padre --reset
