The failure is probably because the recursive install of Debug::Client failed, we need to see why that failed, not just the Padre stuff at the end.
As for Padre being broken now, that might be a bug where for some reason the test suite isn't correctly using the distro/.padre as the config directory and has touched your real one by mistake. This would roll your config database version forwards, which is going to freak out 0.92.
