As for Padre being broken now, that might be a bug where for some
reason the test suite isn't correctly using the distro/.padre as the
config directory and has touched your real one by mistake.
This would roll your config database version forwards, which is going
to freak out 0.92.
Try running the following to reset your config directory.
padre --reset

I made a mistake
so you can just go ahead and force it, all will be ok
it should be prerequisite IO::Socket 1.31.
nb not all perl versions have IO::Socket 1.32.
this has bean fixed in next release Debug::Client 0.17_xx
