hacked my way in as admin
using TracAccountManager v 0.3.2, I just enabled
yes it works
after the user has registerd and kicked off the e-mail with token
the user account info changes to
Current email address: <nb@127.0.0.1>
Verification is pending (token: 'H3asFeax' ).
It's a bitHeath Robinson,
It will allow new users to register and create tickets.
