I think that out current format is not quite right, all our date's will 
need to be changed to yy-mm-dd

and the indent will also need adjusting, i think

I do agree that all of the Change files in the Padre world should be to 
the CPAN::Changes::Spec, I have started on some of the plugins, it's a 
lorborious job to make them so :)
