Can I confirm that changes to the code have been done on the branch?
If not, this will have to be sorted out. Something I can do if needed.

my $host = '127.0.0.1'; # instead of localhost
my $port = 24642 + int rand(1000);
and default host in Debug::Client->new should be 127.0.0.1 for win32
now
