I agree.

In light of the lack of major development on the project at the moment, it
might be a good idea to just make the bump to 1.00 now so that we can
continue with more incremental releases in the future without the pressure
of having to be complete.

As long as we can be sure of Padre building cleanly on all the platforms we
care about, then I say we push to 1.00 and move on.
