I Installed padre (older version) via aptitude and get this error msg when attempting to execute it: DBD::SQLite::db do failed: Safety level may not be changed inside a transaction at (eval 1902) line 37. It's the same kind of error as seen during testing the latest release via the module downloaded from CPAN.
