The Human Resources Department is currently accepting applications for the position of
Regional Head, Demand Supply Inventory Manager APAC. The details are as follow:
The Job:
Based in Singapore, this position reports functionally to WPT�s Head of DSI in
Switzerland and administratively to the management in Singapore. The ideal candidate
will provide DSI (Demand, Supply Inventory) expertise to the Segment and lead a small
team of dedicated specialists in the APAC region. Key duties include:
Provide leadership and management to the Regional DSI team.
Manage optimal inventory levels to execute delivery to a set performance level.
Lead production planning to ensure that supply meets demand whilst achieving
inventory, back order and service level targets.
Participate as a lead member of the Regional S&OP process.
Develop cost effective solutions to and manage 3rd party repacking, tolling &
blending

Drive cost reductions by identifying, justifying and implementing more effective
ways to deliver products to our customers.
Work with Technical Operations across APAC to determine capacity expansion needs
and potential toll manufacturing opportunities.

The Person:
Possess either a recognized degree or significant experience with proven track
record in supply chain and/or DSI management.
High energy team-player not afraid to get involved with routine tasks.
Ability to communicate (both oral and written) with all levels of employees across
different cultures and languages.
Ability to critically analyse large volumes of data to achieve end goals.
Resourceful and thorough with strong follow through.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, willing to take risks to try new
approaches and develop new ideas that form new business opportunities.
