looking for high calliber candidates for the positions of:

Zone Manager, Parts and Services

Specific responsibilities:

Ensure that all dealer processes are being adequately managed;
appointment & scheduling, service reception, workshop service/repair,
vehicle hand-over, payment, customer follow-up, parts processes
(ordering, receiving, picking), inventory control, parts fill
performance and administration.
Monitor dealer operation through Monthly Report for parts and Services,
and provide feedback to the dealer as necessary for improvement measure.

Support and promote company product to achieve company/dealer revenue &
profit targets, including leading business development program for
after-sales services to achieve/improve the company /dealer revenue &
profit target.
Develop and agree implementation of individual dealers' aftermarket
marketing programs and incorporate them into the annual business plan as
appropriate.
Manage those dealerships to maximize company/dealer communication

Requirements:
�       Bachelor degree in related field from reputable university, MBA
preferred.
�       At least 5 years in automotive industry
�       Strong analytical and communication skill, with excellent
written and spoken English.
�       Has capability to think multi-dimensionally-to conceptualize and
map


Dealer Operation Manager
Scope of work:
To achieve 2005 Budget retail and wholesale volumes (metric actual vs.
budget volume)
To execute Monthly Sales & Stock Planning Process (Metric: accuracy
&timely completion)
�       Monthly Objective Setting
�       Marketing Plan and Monthly Planning Report (MDP Meeting)
�       Dealer Stock Protection Plan (DSPP)
�       Dealer Sales Stock Run-Down (SSRD)
�       Dealer Monthly Order (DMO)
�       Mid Month Estimate (MME)
�       Money Against Market (MAM)

Review weekly dealer reporting of sales enquiry
Manage Customer View Point and work with dealers to implement process
improvement that improve customer satisfaction.
Improve dealership operations
�       Improve Company - Dealer relationship
�       Communicate any Company program to Dealership and facilitate
dealer concern for Company support.
�       Provide business consultation to improve dealer healthiness,
productivity & profitability
Ensure the implementation of Company policies and processes to
dealership.
Control Company share of dealer promotions
Support monthly All Dealer meetings preparation and execution
Support implementation of Dealer Management System.

Requirements:
�       Bachelor degree in all discipline from reputable university, MBA
preferred.
�       At least 5 years in automotive industry
�       Strong analytical and communication skill, with excellent
written and spoken English.
�       Has capability to think multi-dimensionally-to conceptualize and
map
�       Good negotiating and problem solving skills
