Quote to Cash (QTC) Project Manager Responsibilities (Reporting to QTC Process Owners): -Drive QTC team discussions, record actions, follow up on deliverables. -Make sure team is on track/on target with Process Definitions and EBPI program objectives (Enterprise Business Process Initiative) -Subject matter expert- provide guidance/recommendations for how to define QTC for best fit for the company - Focus on Sales Operations, Order Management, and Finance business processes, and SOX issues/compliance Background: We are looking for a strong QTC PM (sales + finance experience) for a 3-month aggressive process development, ERP implementation (MS Great Plains), simple sales automation/CRM integration and financial IPO/SOX compliance. The company is experiencing tremendous success and is expanding exponentially and rapidly. It makes next-generation fully-digital ultra-high bandwidth optical transmission/network equipment. The core business runs on MS Great Plains and most of engineering, test and quality systems development runs on Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, VB, .Net etc).
