Well, usually. We reserve the right to reuse old traps, ones that weren't
ever documented for instance. We've done so already and will continue to
do so.
The newer documentation does have a "compatibility" line saying when a
function was added to the OS. They're prerelease docs, and so aren't
absolute gospel truth, but generally should get you started. (And if you
see bugs in the docs, please let us know.)
