My apologies to Nick: the PilotGear record didn't mention source was
included. Unfortunately, I'm unable to contact Nick's web site at
<http://www.undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca/~njaharve/freekey.html>. I'll drop
him some mail -- though I suppose he might not be at UWaterloo any more.
