All fields appear with a solid line under the characters in the field,
and a dotted line is drawn only under the blank area of the field beyond
the right of the last character. Something like this in ASCII art:

    Culprit: Metrowerks Constructor
             ______________________ . . . . . . . . . . .
              . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
              . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
              . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(If this were a multi line field 4 lines tall.) This bug in Constructor
was confirmed by Metrowerks but isn't fixed in the new patch. It's
mentioned by this line in the patch readme:

    =================================================================
    Known Problems in This Version
    =================================================================
    * The new values for the 'underlined' attribute in fields are
    incorrectly generated.
