Re/Flashing Palm III units

I've got the Palm ROM Builder and Flash Installer utilities (from my
development with the Symbol SPT1500), and was wondering where to snag
the proper ROMs for the 3Com Palm III, and the IBM Workpad?

Also, are the ROMs that I download from my Palm units for use with
the POSE usable for re-flashing?
