Actually, we do now. They are part of the Development Resources Seeding
Program. Sign up for the Solution Provider program at http://spp.palm.com
and then go through the form to sign up for the seeding program.

Not every rom works on every piece of hardware, and I believe that flashing
a device voids its warranty, but other than that, yes.
