Just to clarify Andrew's email:

The flags _do_ work. Unfortunately it was the Constructor for Palm OS.pdf
docs that were inaccurate, and
this will be fixed in R6. In the meantime, the "official" meanings of the
flags are as Andrew describes. Another error in the docs is that the docs
list the flags to be used as /-c-1/ (without spaces in between). The correct
usage is /-c -1/ i.e. with spaces in between.
