We've publicly announced the Palm VII and demonstrated it, and so assuming
you're not talking about disassembly of the rom (or other things forbidden
by the license) then discussions about it (e.g. "function MemFooBar seems
to work differently") are permitted under the license.
A summary of that part of the license could be "Don't talk about
confidential stuff. Software & hardware covered by this agreement is
defined as confidential unless it has been publicly announced."
