No, this has nothing to do with WinCE or Microsoft's "Palm-sized PCs".

(Personally, I don't mind the idea of competition, and while I doubt Royal
is going to do even as good a job as Microsoft -- scary thought, there --
it seems that an extremely low price-point competitor to Palm will help
drive the market, assuming that Royal doesn't kill Palm or the market in
the attempt.)
