Try prc2rcp available somewhere...
Alternately, I've got some small utilities which can rip the bmps
out of a prc file, but they store them in the PalmOS native format
(i.e. 1s and 0s, not as a .bmp or anything). I've been meaning
to update this for a while, but have been slightly occupied with
other things...
Let me know if you'ld like a copy of them. (They're written in Python
http://www.python.org/ which is freely available for Mac/Dos/Win/Unix.)
