I'm presuming that this is also true if you just remove the batteries until you lose
the data. 24 hours should be a safe round number. Uh... if you don't have a Palm V,
but that is another issue entirely.

My issue is to delete everything (except ROM) so there is no guessing as to "what is
left". Tom Z's issue is more selective deletion.

Assuming the program with the sensitive data sticks to Dm* database and Mem* calls,
the algorithm should do the trick.
