Burning ROM

Hi there,

Is there anyway I can take my OS 3.0 ROM file and reburn it on a Palm
device? A colleague of mine just got his Palm lobotomized by using
FlashPro. It wount boot anymore, well pressing pageup-reset makes it boot
but going to app launcher hangs with a MemoryMgrNew.c error.
