There are some programs that if moved to Flash will wreak havoc.
Since you have already tried the "PageUP" reset give this one a try.
Hold the "MemoPad" button and hit reset. A screen will come up. Press
"TODO" to reformat the flash. upon this happening the unit will reset and
all should be well. This is the FlashPRO Recovery Mode.
