Once DmNewHandle starts failing, you should probably use MemHeapFreeBytes
to find out how much space is left, rather than using your loop. The 3rd
parameter to MemHeapFreeBytes tells you the largest single chunk, so just
allocate that size and repeat. The storage heap has heapID = 1 on 3.0 and
later devices. (On earlier devices there are multiple storage heaps, so it
will be a little harder to allocate every last byte.)
