Hi Stacey

You probably need to specify the creator ID of the Pilot app in the
registry. This might additionally need to be specified in Hex.

for example,  the datebook conduit (a pilot default conduit) has a creator
key of 0x64617465, which is the 4 letter Creator ID of "date", converted to
hex.

I have seen this as a problem many times..
