The problem essentially is that somehow the app's code is calling
FrmHandleEvent with NULL as the form ptr. Most likely FrmHandleEvent or
FrmDispatch event is getting passed the result of FrmGetActiveForm which
can sometimes be NULL.
The reason why this alert doesn't happen in release builds even though the
check is a fatal alert (which occurs in all builds) is because the routine
containing the check is FrmValidatePtr which is generally called only by
debug builds.
