Agreed. The existing API docs aren't very useful in describing when a
call is to be used in the entire Win* API.

I think only the clipping region need be set and maybe one or two other
things.
(Get the PalmOS source and you will see what I mean).
They probably won't change this, but if they do there might be another
thing your structure inherits that it shouldn't.
