Are you sure about this? Or is this just a limitation of CW? Some
people use other platforms that allow the user to pick their IDs. So,
if someone picked a form ID of 1200, what keeps them from picking a button
control of 1322?
If this is a limitation, what sets it? Specification? Compiler? Resource
compiler? Is this a 3com spec?
