Kagi (www.kagi.com) and the Kagi online order processing system
(order.kagi.com) will allow you to provide your own algorithm (the language
isn't important - they recode it in whatever language they use internally)
for generating registration codes either from the user's name or a keyword
(eg; serial number) provided by the user at registration time.. All of my
shareware is on Kagi, each has it's own code scheme, and all are generated
by Kagi. It's totally hands-off for me.

Disclaimer : ICS hosts and maintains the Kagi Online Order Processing system
for Kagi, so I have a vested interest in recommending it. The
code-generation services described above are available for all vendors.
