The 1700 has not been released yet. It's a ruggedized version of the 1500
that uses the new screens (even though the hardware is still III -
apparently the V had a port removed that Symbol was using or something).
(We have a prototype floating around the office - it's pretty big,
especially compared to a V and weighs 10 oz...some of which is due to the
RF stuff, but it's still not light)
