Hi, I just went through exactly the same problem as yours. What I found out
was
some of the DLL that my conduit depends on are not in the destination
machine and
therefore the HotSync Manager could not load my counduit.
I'm sure that you had your path and creator id entered correctly, because
those are
the things the everybody will check first.
I recommend you check your conduit with a DLL scan utility, such as the
Depends
that in the Tools of Visual Studio, get a list of dependants and make sure
that all
of them exist in the machine you are trying to install your conduit. Good
