I have been having trouble displaying the list view icon in my application.
Only the large icon seems to appear.
I am using Codewarrior 5 and I have created two icons:
22x22 main icon, resource ID 1000
9x15 small icon, resource ID 1001
The only documentation I could find on this was in the CodeWarrior
Companion that basically said that icons with those resource ID's needed to
be created and
and the system would display them automagically. Only the main icon
appears in icon view and the default one appears for the list view.
Any insights?
