Craig,
You may want to try making sure the icon is in the upper right 9x15 pixels
of the icon editor. Also you may want check that Constructor regenerates the
.rsrc and resource header, and remove object code before rebuilding the
project. You need to also create the icon as a multibit icon, not a standard
icon.
