Hi,
We just noticed that the Find behavior is changed of late (from Palm IIIx
onwards?)
If the application takes longer than certain time to return the find
results, then the OS simply says that "No matches found" with an optional
button at the bottom that says "Find More".
This is annoying to the user as the search stops and for the large database
that we have, they have to hit "Find More" button repeatedly until the
desired data is found.
Is this an intentional feature or it happens when the heap is somehow
depleted (which is likely as the search needs to decompress data repeatedly
to find strings in them)?
