I ordered the complete 4 volume set from fatbrain.com (through the link
from the devzone) yesterday, and UPS just delivered it (that's less than 24
hours, to CANADA...I am very impressed!). Anyway, the entire stack measures
about 3"x7"x9". Much better than binders full of printouts of chunks of
each book...ugh, why did I even *try* that?
