For one current example, look at the Qualcomm pdQ smartphone.  It has
the regular 160x160 screen, but there is also a strip of extra silk
screen buttons along the right hand side and an extended display area
above the regular screen.  The Graffiti area lines up differently than
a regular Palm because of the strip on the right.  And the Calculator
icon is changed to do something else.
