More stupid questions...

I just got the CodeWarrior for Palm (R5).  I've downloaded several projects
from the net to test compile, and all give an 'incompatible newer format'
error when I load the project file...  What am I missing ??

Also, can somebody point me to a 'how-to' or hints on issues/problems
associated with importing an existing GCC/ASDK project into CWR5 ??
